    Accountant

    This position is responsible for providing the day to day support to the accounting department so as to provide checks and balances.

    Accountabilities for the Accounting Job

    • Journal entries
    • Month-end close (Initial and subsequent)
    • General ledger and P&L preparation
    • Bank reconciliations
    • Preparation of monthly Financial Reports
    • Cash management
    • Financial liaison to field operations
    • Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
    • Documents financial transactions by entering account information.
    • Recommends financial actions by analyzing accounting options.
    • Summarizes current financial status by collecting information; preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.

    Qualifications for the Accounting Job

    • At least CPA Part II (BCOM is an added advantage)
    • 2- 3 years working experience.
    • Computer Literate, including knowledge of accounting packages.
    • Numeracy skills and attention to detail
    • Good communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Good interpersonal skills

    Marketing Officer

    This position supports the implementation of the marketing activities to ensure brand visibility.

    Accountabilities for the Marketing Officer Job

    • Assist in the coordination of marketing activities and policies to promote products and services
    • Collect requirements for uniforms, promotional items from branches countrywide
    • Coordinate with managers in carrying out marketing campaigns
    • Organize incentive trips for dealers
    • Communicate the organized trips to relevant branches for further communication to dealers
    • Assist in the creation, co-ordination and production of marketing collateral, press releases and exhibition graphics
    • Safeguard the company’s interests and reputation in ensuring the organizational values and standards are maintained during the marketing campaigns

    Sales Executive

    The Sales Executive will be expected to serve customers by selling our products, meeting customer needs, and driving business growth in the assigned territory/market segment.

    Accountabilities for the Sales Executive Job

    • Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products.
    • Making telephone calls and in-person visiting and presenting to existing and prospective customers.
    • Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determine the value of existing and prospective customer’s value to the organization.

    FMCG Sales Manager

    The Sales Manager will be expected to deliver sales growth in the various identified market segments.

    Responsibilities for the Sales Manager Job

    • Managing personnel and developing sales and sales support staff.
    • Reviewing progress of sales roles throughout the organization.
    • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams for the organization.
    • Developing specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products.

    Qualifications for the Sales Manager Job

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a business related field or any other relevant field.
    • At least three (3) years’ experience in a managerial position.
    • IT skills.
