    Main Purpose of the Job

    To plan and carry out direct sales and marketing activities in order to increase the market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with overall business objectives

     Main Responsibilities

    1. Making the sale and ensuring sales performance of various products in line with targets and sales plan

    Main Purpose of the Job

    Developing and leading in the formulation and implementation of the Sales & Marketing strategy, policies and processes while leading and influencing Sales Executives to achieve overall business objectives

    Main Responsibilities

    Pharmacist

    Main Purpose of the Job

    Leading, planning, organizing and controlling all pharmacy activities and operations in line with overall business objectives

     Main Responsibilities

    1. Implementing the policies, processes and procedures of the Pharmacy in line with company goals
    2. Shall be in charge of procurement of pharmacy drugs and items and all other required orders within the laid procedures.
    3. Shall make sure all tenders, LPOs and quotations are worked on within the specified period and at the highest standards possible.
    4. Set sales targets for the pharmacy staff and pharmacy sales staff and support the team to ensure that performance targets are met.
    5. To coordinate monthly and yearly stock taking and recording of the medicine in the pharmacy.

    Production Manager

    Main Purpose of the Job

    Leading in the design and implementation of the production strategies, policies and procedures to ensure delivery of business objectives

    Main Responsibilities

    1. Management, coordination and supervision of the functions and activities of the print and production sections.
    2. Partner with management in conceptualizing the overall short and long term company’s strategy & develops supportive strategies for the section’s engineering and maintenance functions.
    3. Coordinates and organizes the specific production workshops activities with a view to achieving sound maintenance and high productivity.

    Main Purpose of the Job
