    Job Description

    • The Head of Commercial Banking is responsible for leading the development and execution of the bank’s Commercial strategy in Kenya. The role drives business growth by managing and expanding relationships with commercial and business banking clients, ensuring the delivery of tailored banking solutions, and achieving financial and strategic targets. The position requires strong leadership to oversee a high performing team, manage risk, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

    Qualifications

    • Type of Qualification: First Degree
    • Field of Study: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

    Experience Required

    • Relationship Banking (Client Coverage)
    • Corporate Banking and/or Business & Commercial Banking
    • 8-10 years Experience in banking or financial services (including experience in the field coupled with experience in senior leadership within a regional or multinational banking environment

    Job Description

    • Strong in MIS SAP knowledge will be an added advantage

    The main purpose of the job is to works closely with the business analysts, project managers, developers, testers, and other stakeholders to ensure that the solution meets the functional and non-functional requirements, as well as the architectural principles and guidelines.     • Demonstrated experience in a solutions architecture-based role.
    • Strong knowledge of computers, networks, and various types of hardware.
