Job Summary

• The CCTV Controller will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, identifying suspicious activities, and ensuring the safety and security of people and property by promptly reporting incidents and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously
• Detect, observe, and report suspicious activities or security breaches
• Maintain accurate incident logs and daily reports
• Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report faults
• Work closely with security teams and management when incidents occur
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Adhere to security procedures and company policies

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in Security Studies, IT, or a related field (added advantage)
• Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security-related role is an added advantage
• High level of alertness and attention to detail
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends
• Strong integrity and professionalism
