    Our client a reputable Motor Vehicle Workshop that offers a range of garage services is currently looking to hire a Customer Service / Sales Executive.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet customers arriving at the workshop
    • Use an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
    • Maintain strong business relationships with customers.
    • Respond to all inquiries in a quick & timely manner.
    • Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
    • Helping clients find the best automotive solutions explaining the benefits.
    • Explain the product technical features and benefits to the customer; you may also have to demonstrate the use and operation of the product.
    • Cross sell other products by highlighting on their benefits in relation to the products being purchased.

    • Menu planning and development

    Responsibilities

    • General purchasing of all inventory items
    • Ensure accurate tracking of all items received and issued
    • Ensure proper communication with the departments with regards to inventory levels
    • Analyze previous purchases to predict future purchasing needs.
    • Generate weekly and monthly reports on key performance indicators, such as inventory movement and volume, product overages and dead stock reports; stock rotation and wastage reports.

    Responsibilities

    • Ensuring that stock balances are controlled and requisitions raised from departments to replenish the stock;
    • Completing accurate stock count of all food, drink and packaging items
    • Placing items back in fridge/shelves/counters in accordance to FIFO
    • Auditing stocks in restaurant to ensure clear labeling, dates and signatories
    • Preventing overstock of items

    • Completing documentation and taking the necessary action in case of non-delivery, substandard deliveries or over pricing;

    Motorbike Rider

    Our client is currently looking to hire a Motorcycle Rider.

    Responsibilities:

    • Riding to designated destinations for customer product deliveries.
    • Ride safely and deliver products within deadlines.
    • Analyze delivery address, determine appropriate routes and maintain schedule.
    • Report any accidents or injuries to Supervisors immediately.
    • Load and unload products.
