    Waiter/Waitress

    The ideal candidate(s) will ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing quality customer service. She/he will work in the front of the business taking orders, serving food & drinks, billing and removing dinnerware from the table in a timely manner.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Welcome and seating guests.
    • Serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
    • Ensure the guests are being attended to without delays.
    • Settling & processing payments.

    • Take the food and beverage orders and serve products, after setting table to guests.

    Deputy Manager - Enterprise

    The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming and handling of all visitors needs catered by the departments units, whilst propagating the mission and objectives of the company with informative knowledge of activities available.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Create a menu achieving a 65-70% gross profit.
    • Control of costs to include food purchasing costs and monitoring of stocks.
    • Ensure high standard of hygiene amongst staff and premises.
    • Create proper food rotation of stocks as well as best most economical use of all perishables.
    • Assist the purchasing department to set up and manage appropriate purchasing systems.
    • Manage the restaurant and staff therein to include contracts, staff off’s and training.
    • Be responsible for front of house training to include service for waiters and drinks/cocktail mixes.
    • Work with the Enterprise coordinator to develop an annual marketing and promotion calendar.
    • Be involved and make suggestions for the marketing of all enterprise promotions.
    • Report on Repair and Maintenance required in all units.
    • Provide Weekly Financial report to the Enterprise Consultant.
    • Verification of the Monthly Financials for all units from accounts department.
    • Report to Accounts End month closing stock value for all units.
    • Provide Monthly Units inventory report.
    • Oversee the development of future projects in the enterprise department.
    • Any other duties as reasonably requested by the Enterprise Consultant/and OPC management.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum Degree or Higher Diploma in Hotel management, Catering, Food & beverage production.
    • A master’s degree is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience working in a hotel, food production, or in customer care.

    Digital Graphical Designer

    The ideal candidate MUST be an extrovert, passionate with a minimum of 2 years of experiences working in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be expected to work Monday to Saturday.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the Directors and Marketing Team to produce visually compelling ad campaigns, presentations, and collateral materials to help generate client business.
    • Design advertising layouts to spec that include but are not limited to print ads, direct mail pieces, marketing and advertising collateral, online ads and banners, point of sale, and trade show signage and materials.

    • Must have 1 to 2 years’ experience in an agency.
    • Must be willing to work on Saturday full day.
    • Ability to develop print & digital art.

    Quality Assurance Manager

    The successful candidate must be a holder of a Degree in Food Science and have formal training in Food Quality Control. In addition, he/she MUST maintain high levels of food safety compliance in order to ensure the company’s continued excellence in quality.

    Head Waiter

    The suitable candidate will be required to be in contact with customer during their dining experience; therefore he/she will be expected to be polite and courteous when welcoming guests into the dining room and during the service of the meal. He/she will be required to work as a team member, provide polite and efficient service at all times, in order to maintain the exceptional standard of service and quality that is required and coordinates the food service activities in the dining facilities.
