Business Development Representative (Security Surveillance, IT & Business Solutions Technology) at Peoplelink Consultants Ltd

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and build relationships with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, project owners, developers, and security managers in the built- environment sector.
• Map and track construction projects early in the pipeline, engaging stakeholders to position electronic security and safety solutions.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking forums, and site visits to drive brand visibility.
• Generate and qualify leads, handing them off smoothly to presales and design teams for quotations and · solution development. Maintain up-to-date relationship and opportunity records in the CRM system for weekly review meetings.
• Gather market intelligence on competitors, upcoming tenders, and industry trends to feed back to management.
• Deliver against agreed sales and business development targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma in Business, Marketing, ICT, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of proven B2B business development or relationship management experience, ideally in security, ICT, or green energy industries.
• An established professional network among consultants, architects, quantity surveyors, or project owners is highly desirable. Strong track record in networking, communication, presentation, and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Self-driven with the ability to operate autonomously and take full accountability for targets.
