    Administrative Support

    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are looking for a detail-oriented administrative assistant who is strong at multi-tasking effectively. The Administrative Support will be responsible for supporting the internal operations of our sales team as well as the day-to-day operations of the office.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist with sales operations----- filling voucher requests, granting pin codes, granting data requests
    • Liaise with Recruitment Agency to ensure sales force/ staff strength is maintained and hiring needs are communicated and met
    • Conduct ad-hoc independent recruiting----- scheduling interviews, securing interview spaces, etc
    • Track and support staff on-boarding and exit processes
    • Assist in managing staff documentation and filing of official documents
    • Manage office inventory and sales supplies
    • Assist management team with ad-hoc request and general office activities
    • Book meetings and liaise with office vendors and suppliers
    • Issue required equipment to staff, and track the use and return of all company assets

    REQUIREMENTS

    •  1 – 3 years of administrative experience
    • Organized, proactive, and effective communicator
    • Experience in HR or recruitment is preferable!

    Offline Customer Service Supervisor

    TEAM MISSION STATEMENT

    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are looking for an analytical and responsible manager with a Customer-First mindset. The Customer Service Supervisor will ensure the success and manage the performance of our Offline Customer Service agents.

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Designing the customer experience--- create, develop and improve our customer handling training, implement SMS campaigns, design retention call strategies
    • Building a team--- recruiting, interviewing, and hiring agents for our kiosks across
    • Performance management: monitoring and tracking sales, implementing customer care quality control, developing innovative sales strategies for each location
    • Coordinating team’s operations--- monitoring agent attendance, scheduling shifts, ensuring all agents have all functioning equipment needed to perform
    • Monitoring team’s kiosks--- distributing vouchers, identifying, reporting and escalating issues with equipment, kiosks, or agents
    • Tracking team’s performance---- generating quality control and sales reports, performing weekly performance reviews, identifying low-performing agents and recommending course of action, reconciling sales stats and revenue generated (cash deposits)

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 3 – 5 years of customer service experience (offline sales a plus)
    • Analytical problem-solver, excelling at multi-tasking
    • Experience managing retail customer service preferred

    Offline, Internal Support & Client Support

    We are looking for diligent and detail-oriented support agent with a strong ability to multi-task. The Internal Support and Client Support agent will provide our internal agents with quick back-office support, as well as following-up with our customers and troubleshooting any issues they encounter.  

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Managing all internal staff support requests---- from the Offline Sales and Offline Customer Service teams, via whatsapp, chat or phone call
    • Distributing voucher codes, verification codes, and data bundles to field agents as needed
    • Troubleshooting and resolving customers’ or agents’ problems with our product by determining the cause of the problem, then selecting and explaining the best solution
    • Placing engagement and retention calls to our local customer base to provide support and renew subscriptions
    • Assisting the Customer Service Supervisor as needed
    • Achieving and maintaining proficiency with our escalation matrixes
    • Consistently staying up-to-date with new irokotv products/services
    • Providing weekly reports on customer feedback to management
    • Reviewing and making changes to customer accounts where necessary

    Product Assistant

    POSITION SUMMARY

    We are looking for a diligent and detail-oriented product assistant with a Problem-Solving mindset. The Product Assistant will be responsible disseminating information on product updates, testing product functionality, and conducting research. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assisting in the communication between product management and sales teams--- to facilitate awareness of new product developments, launches, updates and other information sales teams need to be aware of.
    • Participating in developing and documenting User Stories, including testing estimates and validation tests
    • Partnering with the developers/engineers to ensure all areas of the application are fully tested and issues are clearly logged and prioritized consistently
    • Certifying functionality for new product feature releases
    • Providing exploratory testing to understand the feature and how it is implemented, to find additional or unexpected behavior, and to refine and define additional test cases for the feature
    • Acting as the entry point for the Help Desk to provide an initial review and assessment of reported product anomalies & bugs.
    • Gathering data for competitive intelligence reports

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Strong organizational skills and attention-to-detail required.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and changing priorities
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills

    Sales Manager

    We are looking for an exceptional leader with an Entrepreneurial mindset. The Sales Manager will be responsible for aggressively growing the IROKOTV subscriber base within their city through effective management of all offline sales activities – including management of IROKOTV kiosks. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Managing team’s performance--- monitoring and tracking sales, and developing innovative sales strategies for your city
    • Reporting on sales (and kiosk) performance and providing key insights that will determine sales strategies and approach to hitting targets
    • Leading initiatives and coordinate sales activities with Sales Team Leads and Offline Agents
    • Coordinating team’s operations--- monitoring agent attendance, scheduling shifts, ensuring all agents have all functioning equipment needed to perform
    • Tracking team’s performance---- generating daily sales reports and performing weekly performance reviews, identifying low-performing agents and recommending course of action, reconciling sales stats and revenue generated (cash deposits)
    • Supporting agent recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and training
    • Serving as a liaison with the local authorities in your city – ensuring that all IROKOTV operations are compliant with the laws and regulations of the city 

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 3 – 5 years of sales experience (offline sales a plus)
    • Entrepreneurial, proactive, and 100% willing to get hands dirty
    • Analytical - should have good excel skills
    • Experience in selling mass market products preferred
