    Sales Representative- Medical

    The purpose of the position is to grow customer base and provide excellent service to medical gases customers.

    Key accountabilities:

    • Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals and follow through implementation of the new contracts and develop sound relationships.
    • Conduct demos on company products at customer site and provide creative solutions in application of the products in the industry.
    • Ensure retention of existing customers, have clear objectives and plan for customer visits and update customer files.
    • Keep abreast with current trends and gather information on medical gases business.
    • Manage customer service improvement system and provide customer satisfaction through dedication to customer relationships and services.
    • Advise customers on safe handling, storage and use of cylinders in consistence with company SHEQ principles and policies.
    • The successful candidate will be in possession of Bachelors of Science degree in related discipline with extensive experience in related field. The person will demonstrate skills in customer service delivery, business acumen, strong communication and interpersonal skills. Specific knowledge required includes sales & marketing techniques and negotiating strategies.

    Customer Engineering Service-Engineer

    The position is responsible for customer engineering service projects execution, commissioning and resolving related issues.

    Key accountabilities:

    • Design, install, test and commission equipment and installations including controlling costs and quality of project work. Track progress on projects and provide progress reports.
    • Plan, schedule implementation and complete projects at customer sites within the specified time and budget.
    • Track financial implications of customers' variations and impact of such changes on the projects execution and take appropriate action.
    • Ensure implementation of the installations and modifications of projects are in compliant with company procedures, standards and in accordance with local legislation.
    • Conduct risk assessments, review project costs and manage resource utilization in line with budget
    • Carry out customer engineering service projects surveys, prepare estimates required and ensure timely submissions.
    • Ensure maintenance of customer's installations in line with company procedures and standards.
    • Comply with the requirements of the OHSAct, SHEQ standards, company operating procedures and CES installation standards.

    The successful candidate will be in possession of Bachelors of Science degree in mechanical engineering with five years relevant experience. Competence in contractor vendor selection, projects installation, testing and commissioning. Skills in design, preparation of estimates, implementation, evaluation and cost control are essential.

    Sales Manager- Healthcare

    The purpose of the position is to grow the Company's customer engineering services and healthcare revenues in the healthcare business.

    Key accountabilities:

    • To take lead for all existing and prospective healthcare customers, business growth prospects and providing customers with the most appropriate solution for medicals gases.
    • To grow the company's customer engineering services revenues in the healthcare sector and taking primary responsibility for all projects execution, commissioning and commercialization.
    • Prospecting for and developing new business in the health care sector to grow the revenue stream.
    • Interacting and negotiating with stakeholders to realize customer engineering projects.
    • Responding to customer requests for technical and financial proposals.
    • Negotiating maintenance contracts and service level agreements with customers.
    • Timely carry out post project evaluations for all projects executed and take appropriate action to manage the gaps identified.
    • Motivating capital expenditure for new installations at customer premises based on the set financial criteria.
    • Management of ongoing projects and adherence to contract terms including proactive risk management.

    The successful candidate will be in possession of Bachelors of Science degree in mechanical engineering with seven years relevant experience in project management. Demonstrates technical and commercial competence, leadership qualities, key accounts management, team management, analytical and presentation skills.
