    HR Officer

    HR Officer Job Responsibilities

    • Assist the Human Resource Manager in reviewing and implementing human resource policies and strategic plans for the entire organisation as well as the human resource department

    • Log maintenance requests received and ensure documentation of all relevant details, including impact of issue and the resolution time frame
    • Take part in managing the introduction of new or enhance applications or services to end users
    • Undertake analysis of user requirements for implementation of new systems or enhancement of the existing systems
    • Assist in maintenance of enterprise applications
    • Collaborate with vendors and users in undertaking testing of new systems or enhanced systems
    • Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

    Qualifications for the Enterprise Applications Job

    • A university degree in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) or in any other ICT related discipline from a recognized institution
    • Two years relevant experience
    • Relevant Certification in Enterprise systems
    • Good interpersonal skills
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
    • Strong customer service orientation
