    Laboratory Services Supervisor

    MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

    To analyse experimental and production support samples – foliar, soil and water. To carry out research on new analytical methods and general scientific inquiry while ensuring quality assurance and Hygiene in the Laboratory.

    JOB SUMMARY

    • In charge of all chemical/biochemical analysis in the laboratory - soil, foliar, water, black tea chemical analysis
    • In charge of maintenance of the laboratory analytical machines – ICP, AAS, spectrophotometer (Flame and UV)
    • Responsible for providing mini/micro -manufacturing of black tea to support various R&D projects
    • Implement Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ) policies in the laboratories and within experimental sites

    Workshop Supervisor

    MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

    To be responsible for the Factory Mechanical Workshop and processing machinery maintenance to fully support production of quality made tea.

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Prepare manufacturing process equipment for the production of made tea to ensure customer requirements are achieved.
    • Implement Good Manufacturing Practices in all equipment of manufacture in the factory.
    • Monitor equipment key performance indicators for efficient production; generate periodic reports.
    • Keep and ensure accuracy of documentation for all equipment in the workshop.
    • Implement World Class Manufacturing (WCM) in the factory and ensure documentation.

    MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

    JOB SUMMARY

    • Run factory shift in accordance with the laid down quality, safety and environmental standards.

    • Responsible for receiving the incoming raw materials during the shift as per company policy.

    We are looking for a dynamic, senior and outstanding all-round marketing professional to join our new standalone business, independent from Unilever.  

    The role will report directly into the Regional Marketing Director Africa. The Senior Marketing Manager will focus on the end-to-end mix development and deployment of our brands and innovations across the EA & SEA region. The person will be part of the Africa Marketing Leadership Team with two Direct Reports. The individual will be based out of Nairobi, Kenya with travel at times to key countries.

He/she is fully responsible for the marketing function, which is development as well as Deployment.     • Strong cross-functional understanding and experience.
    • At least two or three leadership roles in Brand building or Customer Development, preferably in both at WL 3
    • Proven People Management experience.
    • Broad experience and proven track record working in different market conditions, for different customers and at local and regional level
